Do you take insurance?


We accept Medicare and process secondary claims for those bills in many cases. At this time we do not accept commercial insurance but our clients may receive a superbill to submit to their insurers for reimbursement of eligible services. Even with the initial out-of-pocket costs our clients typically spend less than a traditional clinic due to fewer visits and quicker recoveries.




How do I schedule an appointment?


All appointments are scheduled directly through Dr. Ricks by phone call or email. Once you are an established client you will gain access to our HIPPA compliant software allowing you to schedule or modify your appointments if you prefer. Do I have to be a Crossfit Tempe or country club member to use Excel Sports Performance and Rehabilitation?


No! We serve the entire community including the athletes at Crossfit Tempe and multiple country clubs in the valley. And we will bring the clinic to you. We make home visits and can treat you in your setting in addition to treating within the gym.




What forms of payments are accepted?


We accept cash, credit cards or HSA and flex spending cards. Put your health savings to use to improve your physical capabilites!
